- What are the requirements to open a trade account? +
- You must be a registered food business, shop, restaurant, or institutional kitchen in Ireland. We require your VAT number (or company registration details) during the online application process.
- Do you offer credit terms? +
- Yes. Approved trade accounts can access net terms (e.g. 14 or 30 days) and consolidated monthly invoicing. Terms are subject to credit vetting and volume commitments. Initial orders are typically pro-forma.
- Can we set custom portion specs? +
- Absolutely. Our butchers work with wholesale accounts to configure customized spec sheets (e.g., specific weights for ribeyes, skin-on/off options, specific pack sizes). These sheets are locked to your profile to guarantee consistency on every delivery.
